Thanks, I have done a search based on your infor and it seemed that I need an RGB to NTSC/PAL transcoder, which priced from US$ 250 upward... Some with doubler perhaps. Do you have any recommandation ? what is the cheapest available? anyway to get a kit?
One that just de-interlaces to VGA resolution, letting your monitor scale, $69:

Since there is the quality issue of the de-interlacer (doubler). And you might want it to scale to the monitor's resolution instead of useing its internal one, which is usually pretty bad.I don't think there is a kit since the component on it are high freq IC.
Most people in the HT world don't use transcoders, but scalers, which is really expensive.
Maybe there are some made for PC's, in which case it would be really cheap.
