The Rotel is much more up to date on processing options than the Outlaw. Also, I heard somewhere that Rotel and B&W voice many of their products to work with each other.

I can't say much about the speakers, as I'm not familiar with them, but I would consider a paradigm package as well:

2 pair of Titan bookshelf speakers @ $219/pr
1 CC-270 Center Channel ~$200 (?)
A PDR-12 Subwoofer @ $419

You will have enough room left over for stands for the Titans and some cabling.
