I'm recently hooked on Chinese film, especially the Celestial Shaw Bros. releases. Celestian has only released DVDs in Region 3 (I wrote them). Not sure what the Region 1 or 0 being sold on e-bay are, since Celstial did not release any for sale (but that is another thing).Question, would I be better off buying Ia region free player or buy a Region 3 player to watch these films. I already have a Pioneer 434. I don't intend to buy European PAL Dvds. Thanks

I have a good one, region free, better safe than sorry, you never know when you will find out that the DVD you want is only available region 2 or whatever, canīt yours be modded ???
