Any thoughts on the toshiba 34" flat crt model number 34hf84? I'm thinking on buying one and there's not many reviews out there. Thanks in advance

Have you checked at avsforum.com? There were a couple threads over there on the 34" Toshibas.
I have the 34" Philips 9818 - I like it a lot. Most of the oohs and ahs seem to be reserved for the Sonys with the fine dot pitch.
