Video Asylum

Hi. I am looking for a wall mount for my cc speaker that swivels vertically but is still economical. I have an Ascend Acoustic cc and the company recommended the B-Tech BT15 for it. The BT15 is economical ($30) but does not swivel vertically from what I have read. I have a plasma hanging on the wall, and my plan was to hang the cc just above the TV at about 7 feet (the center of the TV is about 5' high on the wall and points downward slightly). I presume the cc should point downward, no? The rest of the speakers will be on the level plane with the cc and also point downward. I do not want to put the speakers below the television as toddlers can then get to it (plus I think it would be too low). B-Tech does make a BT77 for cc that swivels vertically, but it is $60 and seems somewhat bulky. I am looking for something more economical (and preferrably less obtrusive).
