Follow Ups:
Whoever told you to replace your CAL with a $200 unit is crazy or hasnt had any real world knowledge of Cal 2500...ignore them
Sell the CAL DVD player and get the Oppo 971H, connecting to your projector with a DVI cable. It's one of the best pictures you'll get out of *ANY* DVD player, the only player that's better is the Denon 5910, which is $3500. Oh, the Oppo is $200 retail :)Use the the money left over from the CAL to buy an SVS subwoofer, if you don't have a subwoofer already. They are incredible subs for the money.
