1/8 inch mini jack trigger cable - where to pick up in UK and what's equivalent in mm?

I've just acquired an Onyko Integra RDC-7 and RDA-7 processor/power amp combination but need the connecting mini jack cable which is described in the manual as 1/8 inch, but the only cables I've found so far on Ebay are 2.5mm and 3.5mm.

Given that one inch is 25.5 mm, then 1/8th of an inch is approx 3.18mm so will a 3.5mm cable suffice?

Here's an example of the connector you need.
