I did purchase from an Autorized dealer. Costsheets just farms out their orders to local authorized dealers. The unit is not refurbished. I hate to say it, but high profit margins on hardware are a thing of the past now that the internet is here. Yamaha is trying to fight it. They will suffer. Embrace the new world order or get run over :-)
