If it's anything like Amazon, you may have to go to their site and add the player to you list, or it won't recognize the player as being yours.
Don't remember the details, but contacting Net should help clear things up.
Once I press the icon of The Netflix, the screen shows the Netflix cannot be accessed to.
The login page does not ever show up !!
103d even cannot be able to open the Netflix app!
Netflix app is UNFUNCTIONAL in Oppo 103D!!!!!!!!!!!!
I am angery extremely. Pks kindly tell me how to post photo in this webite. So I ca let all you know what is going on about this junk player!
That is the screen display right after click the Netflix!
It is brand new from the shop!
I have contacted them.
They confessed that they all along know the 103D has software bugs and may fix it later on with new firmware.
How about they are incapable to fix it in the future?
Why a company knowingly sell a player with operational problem to customer ?
This is typical Oppo which is one of the reasons why y I will never buy another one.
Yes I would agree, a lot of those so called customer service reps do not have a clue what they are talking about and will guess or tell your wrong information. A simple google search shows that the Oppo 103D works with Netflix.
WHo did you contact?? I have an Oppo 103--same software, and I have not had any Netflix problems.
Not sure what your unit issue is but ours works fine.
That will upload the Image for us to see.
