Since you already have the Pioneer, why don't you run it that way. Then, go to a dealer and pick up the Acurus, or Adcom for a couple hrs. and take it home to see which one you like. I know it'll be harder to tell without some burn-in, but I'd hate for you to have to spend that kind of money for a negligable improvement.
