I would love to have the feeling of a home theater in my hosue. I have a 60" rptv, but it is still not enough. front projectors are too expensivem ny question is: IF i take out the projector in my tv, could I use it to project an image onto a wall?

Interesting idea but I don't think the results would be worth while. For one thing RPTV's use a mirror so the image is reversed. This can be modified but I still don't think the light output will be high enough. The lenses are also designed for a very short throw.
