Jethro Tull DVD - Living with the past - Help!

I bought this hoping for a great DVD concert. But it's not, unless there;s something wrong with my system or the DVD itself.
I can't get sound to anything but the front left & right speakers. No rear, center, or sub. All my other DVDs do this just fine. The receiver says Dolby Digital 2.0 when the DVD is playing, but still no surround or sub.
Anybody else heard about this?
