I coudn't get into the movie though--turned it off about half way through--I don't really know why--Maybe it is a little of what you said "Man at the hand of woman" and I have trouble with that victim mentality (aside from the more obvious blues music). Who knows, maybe I'll give it another shot in a few years.
Saw Say Anything and it was a bit above average, cute/funny movie.
But if you want to see John Cusak in a brilliantly played role--you gotta see the "Grifters" starring John C. and Angelica Houston.
I love his sister Joan and thought her role in Men Don't Leave with Jessica Lang was highly inspired!
