The layer change is near the end of the movie. Sounds like your player is having trouble with it. Since you've used different discs and duplicated the problem with each one, you've isolated the problem to how the player handles the layer change. I guess it's time for a phone call to pioneer or even a different player.Tom §.
P.S. Do all of these CG movies look as good as MI? After easily spotting compression artifacts in all my favorite movies, it was a breath of fresh air to see virtually none in MI.
