is it really that long ago, 68? I thought it came out early 70s?
It is on my top ten list as well for the same reasons. I never really got into this drug thing (fortunately I lost the only trip I ever bought in Holland at the time, (where it was legal by the way) and I am glad now I didn't take it). But I find watching a movie like that or listening to certain music psychadelic enough.
Also I think it is the parts that you don't see that make a good movie (like Hitchcock movies, which I love), you imagine the rest and that is much more than any movie can show me.
