Kind of hard to give a list when your tastes are unknown but here are my picks:

Patton-----Two disks for the price of one. One disc has the movie and the other has a "making of" documentary plus lots more goodies. Image quality is outstanding for a movie made in the 70's.

Saving Private Ryan-----Setting aside Spielberg's shmaltzy presentation (>gasp<........e...Earn this..........Earn it) the menus, selections, and extra material are top notch.

Matrix---I don't own it (I don't think it was original) but I rented it and the extra features and image quality are just outstanding.

Blues Brother's Special edition-------Two words: Deleted Scenes!

Stanly Kubrick Collection---Nuff said.

Dollars Trilogy---Fistful of Dollars, For a few dollars more, and the good, bad and the ugly. You need classic westerns like this.

Twelve Monkeys and Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas. Terry Gilliam is da man.

Apocalypse Now. The menus and movie quality are well done.
