I saw "High Fidelity" last week being motivated to see it after reading the book of the same name on vacation. I came away feeling similar to my reaction to the book; that it was entertaining and had some good insight to human character. But, if the lead, John Cusack, had done the acting job of the supporting cast the movie would have been a stand out. He distracted me more than adding to the film.
