I broke my glasses on Friday morning and my new prescription won't be ready for another week. In the meantime, "Memento", "Amores Perros", and "The Widow of St. Pierre" all showed up at our theater. Even my DVD of Kurosawa's "Madadayo" looks like a blur. Tried watching "Dancer In The Dark", but my blurred vision combined with the jerky handheld camera and Trier's "three seconds per edit" method gave me a headache (OTOH, Catherine Deneuve is still HOT, uh, I think...).
