(I sort of tell the ending, be warned).
I saw this tripe at the $2.25 theater this past week. I think it would have been more plausible, if Jonathan Winters, playing BATMAN, and Richard Simmons, playing ROBIN....would have been hypnotized by Nathan Lane (as the Joker) into turning to a life of crime....AND HAVING THEM KIDNAP the child in the movie.
THAT would have been more plausible, than having Monica Potter ("America's generic Julia Roberts") turn out to be the evil mastermind of this horrid piece of garbage!
The sheer fact that she had the ransom diamonds (of all things) by the end, but was still willing to risk throwing it all away just to get the chance to go back and KILL EVERYBODY INCLUDING THE INNOCENT KIDNAPPED GIRL....I mean, come on, this is as lame and idiotic as it gets! SHE HAD ZERO MOTIVE, AND ZERO CREDIBILITY AS AN EVIL MASTERMIND.
I mean, "Kiss the Girls" was a great movie (it was Citizen Kane compared to this stinker), but I've never seen a sequel suck this bad. JEERS TO THE AUTHOR OF THIS NOVEL, JEERS TO THE SCREENWRITERS, AND JEERS TO THE STUDIO FOR BEING IDIOTS.
I did like some elements somewhat (cinematography, barely), but they were minor. THUMBS WAY DOWN!
