I read the thread below about Asian sellers on Ebay who don't deliver the goods. Thanks for the warning. I don't understand how you get ripped off through paypay. If the item doesn't arrive, can't you just call the credit card company and refuse to pay that charge?
But what about other web sites--I assume judge each one on a case by case basis? Two come to mind:
1) www.play-asia.com: anyone ordered from here? As long as one get DVDs that play in any region?
2) www.dvdbrazil.com: again, has anyone had experience with this site?
Any recommendations you have for reliable sites overseas would be appreciated.
