It is not fun watching Jesus suffering, it is moving to see he did it for us. No one is there chomping at the popcorn enjoying seeing one being tortured.Then what is your motivation for watching this bloody portrayal if you already know what happened? Why did you desire to see this? What satisfaction can be derived from viewing it. I'll bet there are thousands who will go again and again to this movie. Why? It strikes me as sick. I prefer to visualize Jesus as John reveals Him in Revelation 1 vs 12-18. I suggest you read it and get some Joy in you brother. Do you really think that Jesus wants his followers moping and crying from a lousy movie portrayal of Him? Please! He holds the Universe together by His word alone, He doesn't need your pity.
