It has been driving me insane but I can not remember the name or even most of the plot to this movie I saw once: So I will throw out there what peices I do rmember and HOPEFULLY someone out there will know it and help end my insanity. Thank you!!
(set in the 1940-50's maybe?)
1) it is about this 15-16 yr old girl with long blond hair (who looks damn familar as an actress ) who is kind of a rebelious girl that sort of hooks up with the local cute brown haired police officer-for some reason I want to say she wears a red dress?
2) the girl is dressed in a white dress for some town festival-maybe for the virgin saint...but she is already pregnant
3) it ends that the 2 marry and have the kid and live with her family
