The exellent series B.O.B., premired on sept 9, 2001 .
I am so suprised that Damien Lewis, in these past few years has not become famous in the U.S. . Just a wonderful actor.
(or I should say....more famous, as in superstar)
It never ceases to amaze me how good English actors are able to just "lose" their British accent to accomidate an American charactor.
Very few American actors (if any) , are able convince me they are British. Hell...I thought Lewis was just an un-known American when I first watched the series.
...And don't anyone point out Mike Myers Austin Powers!
I predicted to friends that Damien Lewis was gonna be a "in-demand" actor after watching Brothers. Guess I was wrong, oh well.
I'll bet I'm not the only big fan.
Gonna keep my eyes open for more of his films....if he makes any.
