Shows their attempts to cover the initial days of our occupation of Iraq. Hard to argue with documtnary footage, although someone will always bring up "Yeah, but maybe they are only showing..". Great.
This astounding documentary documents not only the war, but the actions of the US to keep the American population misinformed, and uninformed. And of course, Al Jazeera's then-theory, "The Saddam statute toppling was bogus", was later proven correct. Interesting that they knew it the moment they saw it, yet that theory did not reach the Good Ole USA until the BBC broke the story.
The staff at the Al Jazeera control room are the focus of the movie and they are VERY likable people. And they seem far more intent to getting the truth to their viewers than the US army does. Make up your own mind, fabulous movie.
