Need help with 2 maid for TV movie titles please

Movies from comedy to drama to your favorite Hollyweird Star.

The first one had to deal with a prissy popular dark haired girl who has a clique of rich friends. She had a blonde haired sister who died.
One summer a girl with a criminal background came to work at the beach resort where the rich clique hung out and she looked like the dark haired girls dead sister.
We find out later the dark haired girl killed her sister to have the popular spot.
I don't think anyone was famous in it but it might have been a usa or one of those stations made for TV movie.
The other may have been from the same sttion but it had to do with college kids.
2 girls decided to try to join a sorority house and one of the tests to pass hazing gets one of the girls killed when she "falls" off a ledge of a building.
The surviving girl suspects foul play and begins to investigate her new friends death and finds out she was murdered to keep her out of the house.

Any help would be appreciated.
