Charlize Theron, Penelope Cruz, and Stuart Townsend are a manage a trois in prewar Paris whose togetherness is broken by Cruz and Townsend's going to Spain to fight in the civil war there. Thereon stays in Paris and takes up with a German officer to spy for the Resistance. In the final days of the occupation Townsend returns to Paris to find Thereon, who is now branded as a traitor by denizens unaware of her Resisitance ties. This is not a great movie but it held my interest.
