That class action suit didn't mean crap to them. My service has been horrible for eight or nine months. BUT, because I generally watch subtitles, not new releases, I'm screwed.
My quickest turnaround comes out of Atlanta but I get them from California a lot. They have one sophisticated software system to accomplish this. In fact, a lot of my return envelope addresses are my own hometown! Apparently somebody here is capturing the bar code and bulk shipping them back to the shipping center nearest here (Atlanta).
