I have a peculiar fascination with this movie. Not for what it is but for what it could have been (or was). I noticed that almost 3/4 of the scenes in the theatrical trailer aren't even in the movie! Scenes that show the father/son type relationship between Ray/Freddy, the racism and corruption of the NY city cops, Superboy giving Sheriff Freddy crap from his cell in the sheriff's office. I think this movie was massacred in the editing room. Kind of sad considering the starpower used in the movie. BTW, I think this will be the only movie I will ever own that has Sylvester Stallone.Any thoughts?
