Pathetic remake. Now a kids' movie. Sean Bean ain't scary. Too many plot points hinging on people doing dumb things, like staying on a straight course, and parking in deserted spots when they are being followed by a killer. And where are the Motel 6s that populate the road to Havasu? These kids drive for 6 hours without seeing one populated area? How is that? Or payphone, tollbox, or
And the actors are both over the top. its more like Scary Movie than the original.
