Don't forget JL's performance

I found the relationship between the Ricky and Shelley characters the key to the story. It was a Mamet play before he adapted it for the screen, thus the minimalist sets. I loved the music, too. The dialogue was great, even though I'm not the biggest Mamet fan. It was one of Pacino's last good performances before he became a caricature of himself and jumbled all his roles into one hideous technique he couldn't control.
