About two deaf families, whose children are offered cochlear implants, which will restore their hearing!!! This is what Rush Limbaugh got after he drove himself deaf with Vicodin. (See Outside Asylum where I was the first person ANYWHERE, here, any news agency to report why Rush went deaf; then read the Outside "experts who argued with me).

The device allows 80-90% hearing for those who were almost entirely deaf!! So what is the documentary about?? Ahole parents who do nto want their children to lose their precious deafness identify (????) by gaining hearing, and not learning how to sign.

The parents are selfish MF who don't want their kids exceeding them in life. They play the concerned parent, but they are f'd up self-centered parents who want their children to learn how to sign SO THE PARENTS can communicate with them. The kids were great by the way, especially one adorable little girl who has the cochlear implant, and who sings, and reads aloud!!! But the parents who don't want their children gaining the benefit of sound are despicable in every way. And now that you got me thinking about it???

I think a Guardian ad litem should be appointed by the court on the children's behalf, and the court should make the decision. These parents are not up to it. They are criminals like the ones that will not allow their children life saving medical treatment due to religious beliefs.
