The film is "The Oscar" from 1966. Kinda stinks, Stephen Boyd, the lead overplays an unlikeable guy to the point you could loathe his every word. It has its moments and some very laughable 60's attempts at cool. Bad music too courtesy of Percy Faith. It's worth seeing for the young Jack Soo (Yemana on Barney Miller) and the cavalcade above.......
