FAR beyond Hollywood terror and horror films: this one is unrelenting and, because of the "calm" direction, the unspeakable terror you're witnessing is all the more searing. But it's more than just grisly entertainment: it is a thoroughly Russian examination of metaphysics and politics.
I enjoyed it just as much, if not more, this second time around. If you haven't seen it, and you're not upset by graphic--- though NOT gratuitous--- violence, you must see this.
