Favreau has put together an all-around entertainment vehicle that encompasses losing his job as a former top chef, struggling to regain his reputation, and finally beginning again in Miami operating a food truck and traveling across the country with his son. You got yer drama, you got yer laughs, you got yer family bonding. In the end, you saw it coming but getting there was all the fun.

This is the first time I recall seeing Scarlett Johannson or Sofia Vergara play "normal/regular" people. No exaggerated accents, super woman movements, nor accentuated bustlines--they were just people trying to help out Favereau. All the supporting cast was great and Favereau must be well thought of to have Hoffman and Platt pitch in with their minor roles.

Kudos to this one as it is good all around entertainment.
