I found it incredibly flat and plodding. It was supposed to be a thriller/suspense movie, yet there wasn't a single scene with any tension in it. Despite the long length, there was no sense of the characters being fleshed out.

I notice it was adapted by the writer of the novel. It looks like she just took all the "good bits" from the novel and shoe-horned them into the screenplay.

Also, where was the visual flair? C'mon, it's a David Fincher movie!

Definitely not in the same league as Zodiac, Fight Club or Seven. It's more like Panic Room.
