I'm old enough to of seen the Katherine Ross "Stepford Wives" and "Get Out" did have similarities- but to me not enough to dismiss it.

I thought "Get Out" captured the subtleties of prejudice and racial stereotyping in a creepy thought-provoking way.

The entire film had a weary, familiar isolation hanging over the main character - and as I said in my original post - the ending seem to abandon the entire concept of what the entire movie was trying to say.
