I recently purchased this unit and have never been able to get the Pan and Scan function to work, all 16:9 movies appear letterboxed no matter what option I choose on the menu. Sony says the unit is working properly and the problem is in the software??? Any ideas? Anyone out there have one of these devices? Does it work? Thanks!
