Totally unsubstantiated rumour, told to me by my cousin who works for a manufacturing technology company... a Japanese client of theirs, T*****a, expects manufacturing costs to decline by 50% in each of the next 2 years.
So today's $16,000 CAN unit would be $4,000 CAN, all else being equal.
I certainly can't afford $16k now, so waiting is all I can do.
