XLR, and under a grand....

Hi,
I just checked my B+K Ref 10, no XLR. Pre/pros have so many wires, I would be surprised to see one with XLR; but this is a crazed hobby, so somebody prob does. After you find that; you can look on ebay to find it used. I would suggest a different approach, or to be precise.....what I did in my HT. Leave your stereo as it is; build the HT around it. You then have no need for XLR. Buy a godd used pre/pro like the Ref 10; and then run an interconnect from it to your stereo preamp. Your stereo then becomes part of your theater.
