Need help in tubes HT setup

Hello everyone.
I'm planning to set up a tube hybrid home theater 6.1 channel system.
The components I am initially looking at are:

3 pairs of GR Research Paradox 1 speaker
3 Kora Explorer 90SI integrated amp
1 Outlaw Audio 7.1 processor
DH Labs cables
M&K V-1250 or Hsu VTF-3 subwoofer

Will this be a good and powerful combination for home theater in a 12' x 16' room with marble flooring?

Also I will be using a plasma monitor, will the magnets on the Paradox 1 affect the monitor?
