check out this site: http://www.antennaweb.orgon the menu click "choose an antenna"
punch in your location and they will tell you who is broadcasting over the airwaves, what kind of antenna you'll need, and which direction to aim it.
i would imagine that the buildings will be a big problem, unless you can get something on the roof...
