I want to buy a projector (DLP or LCD) for home theater. It seems that the computer projectors are substantially cheaper (if not as easy to hook up) as those sold under the "home theater" badge.
What is the lowest resolution projector should I consider buying?
there are a bunch out there that "support" HDTV (1080i, 720p) but I am sure they are either chopping off or downconverting. Any ideas on this front?
Any suggestions regarding brand/brightness etc.
to be installed in an apartment living room. Will be used during the day with blinds drawn.
