video distrubution

Whats the best way to distribute rf cable signals to different rooms in a house? Right now I have stacked Archer video selectors feeding cable, dss, dvd, vcr, & antennae rf signals to single coaxial cable feeds to each tv. Is it better to have 2 feeds to each room, one deticated to cable (most used), and one for the rest of the signals ( selected by video switcher) and use of a/b switches at each tv? Preparing to replace/add switcher, any recommendations for a higher quality video selector or complete different distrubution system for that matter would be appreciated. Will have the above mentioned sources going to 8-10 locations.
