The differences in sharpness, detail, and brightness are noticeable, too, on my much smaller direct-view monitors. So much so that after a while I feel I'm being blasted with over-detail, even after adjusting monitor controls to compensate. Cabling includes Nordost Optix for composite and S-video on VCR and DVD, and MIT RF cable, all with silver plating, and all mighty impressive at first blush. But I'm going back to Belden copper to get some rest. I'll keep the former for when I reach your gear level and compare again.
