TVs, VCRs, DVD players, Home Theater systems and more.

Are there any recommendations for HT receivers/processors that can handle any of the three major video input formats and output to television receiver any the user chooses? Example: Composite or S-video input passed to S-video or component out to television receiver. I think the top on the line Pioneer can but there must be others also.
