HELP! BROKEN SUBWOOFER?

I think my subwoofer (Pardigm PDR 10) is broken...it worked fine a month ago and recently is not working fine. I have a Denon 3300 avr and did the test tones and still at 10 db is not loud enough.
Do I need a new subwoofer or is there a quick fix to this?
