Does this happen on other TVs in the household? Also, I'm curious as to the brand of TV and whether it's digital (HDTV ready) or not. You might try using the tuner in a VCR to see if there's any improvement. Beyond that, you could try one of those cable ground breakers to see if that helps also.Todd
