HT TEAC system inquiry - newbie

Looking at an all-TEAC HT setup: LSR 150 speakers w/sub; AG-D9260 digital receiver (DVD undecided yet), and would appreciate comments from experienced inmates.

I can obtain this on very favorable terms. Just for movies with kids and wife; high-end not necessary now. No HT experience, just 2 channel stereo.
