RP-91 vs. RP-82 in a 2 channel system

Hi y'all-

I've begun looking at buying a DVD player to use at home so I can get all those great music DVDs out there, the ones that have video. Was great watching Jerry Garcia playing Alpine Valley, decided I gotta get one. The thing is I am not interested in going full surround sound, I love my stereo just fine (homemade ribbon tower speakers, Yamaha CD and AMP). So, I'll be using just two channel sound. I haven't been able to discern whether or not both units have 2 channel outputs or not. I have a 32" WEGA, so I'll use the component video. My friends were won over by Denon, but I understand that they have Panasonic internals anyway. Also, CNET uses the RP-91 as their reference, and most here seem to agree that it ranks up with the best. I have read the past posts, couldn't find anything that satisfied my question....Thanks alot!
