Looking for some input on proposed system

Fellow inmates:
Here is what I am proposing for a HT system in my family room. This room is an all purpose room and will not be dedicated HT.
Reciever: Denon 380x
Amp: Rotel RMB-975 (105x5 THX Amp, potentially considering this to augment the Denon)
Speakers: Dynaudio Audience 4x for rears and 5x for front, Audience 120/122 for Center
The room has vaulted ceilings (~20 ft) and is a fairly open space, the room opens to the kitch on one side and the dining area on another side, with stairs going up to the 2nd floor and down to the basement in an open configuration (part of the vault). The room dimensions are ~16x17.
What do you guys/gals think?
